Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from us, please contact Mésmera within 1 week of receipt of item or 2 weeks of shipment of item (whichever is later) via phone or e-mail. We will then give you the proper address to use to return your item in unused, undamaged condition in its original packaging and arrange a replacement or full refund. We will not reimburse you for your return shipping, yet if we send a replacement within the U.S. that shipping will be free to you.
